VedLink offers an optional Google Sheets integration. When you connect your Google account, we request access only to files you explicitly select using the Google Drive file picker — we do not request access to your entire Google Drive or all spreadsheets.

The following Google user data is collected when you use this integration:

Your Google account email address (to identify the connected account)
OAuth access and refresh tokens (stored encrypted, used to read and write the spreadsheets you select)
Content of the specific Google Sheets you link to VedLink features (e.g. WhatsApp Flow data destinations, automation triggers)

This data is used solely to provide the Google Sheets integration feature. We do not share, transfer, sell, or disclose your Google user data to any third party. The data is not used for advertising or any purpose beyond operating the feature you have enabled. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from within the VedLink portal, which revokes the token and removes all stored Google credentials.
