Plans & Billing

Plans, invoices, Meta's charges and cancellation.

    What the plans include

Starter, Pro and Business, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly.

Plans differ by number of users and by which features are unlocked: AI agent, social channels and integrations sit on the higher tiers. Longer billing terms carry a discount.

Live prices for your currency are on the pricing page.

    Two bills: ours and Meta's

VedLink charges for the platform; Meta charges per conversation.

Your subscription covers the software. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account, at Meta's own rates for your country and category.

This is why adding a payment method on Meta is part of setup, and why a missing card there stops messages even when your subscription is healthy.

    Free service conversations

Meta allows 1,000 free service conversations per number per month.

Service conversations are the ones the customer starts. The first 1,000 each month are free; beyond that Meta bills at its service rate.

VedLink counts your usage against that allowance so you can see where you stand before the bill arrives.

    Upgrade, downgrade or add users

Change the plan from Billing; access updates immediately.

Upgrades apply at once. Downgrades take effect from the next cycle, and any feature the lower plan does not include is locked rather than deleted, your data stays.

Locked features show a padlock in the sidebar with the plan that unlocks them.

    GST invoices

Every subscription payment produces a downloadable tax invoice.

Invoices are generated automatically and listed under Billing, with your company details and GST breakdown as recorded on the account.

Add or correct your GSTIN and billing address before the next renewal, invoices are an immutable record and are not rewritten after the fact.

    Pause or cancel

Cancel from Billing; the account runs to the end of the paid period.

You will be asked what went wrong on the way out. It is one screen, it is optional, and we do read it.

The owner receives a confirmation email with the exact end date.

What happens after a subscription ends

API access stops immediately; connected channels are cut off after 90 days.

The moment the subscription lapses, external API calls return 402 and automated sending stops. Your data, contacts and history remain in place.

If the account is still dormant after 90 days, connected inbound channels are disconnected. Reactivating before that point restores everything as it was.
